The idea of a world class hosiery company was originally conceived 35 years back, and NEW HOSIERY IMPEX PVT. LTD. came to be born in 1992. If the birth pang was pain staking, the growing period was no less harrowing. NHI fought a pitched battle courageously and the energy and exertion yielded a palpable result. Now the NHI has become the leader in modernity and trendiness in the field of knitted and woven garments of the Eastern part of India. If we take a bearing of the early history, we know that our chairman M.D. Mr. C R Saha worked as a garment pro till 1970. Then he ventured for his own company M/S Bina Textile for

manufacturing ready-made garments & made-ups and also marketed hosiery items in own brand label " Paragon" . In 1970 he started another business in the name & style of Bina Garments for the execution of varios job works ( i.e. cutting to finishing process). And finally, Mr. Saha with all his expertise, vision & perseverance promoted a Private Limited Company duly registered under Companies Act, 1956 in the name & style of NEW HOSIERY IMPEX PVT. LTD. As a manufacturer and exporter. Now NHI is aiming high in domestic market and

thriving for a wide global market.
